MISO TAHINI DRIZZLE

¼ cup Greek Yogurt (or strained yogurt)
1 Tbsp. Tahini*
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, fresh
1 tsp. Miso (white, yellow or red)
¼ tsp. Sea Salt, to taste
1 Garlic Clove, minced


* I prefer the Soom brand of tahini, which uses Ethiopian Humera sesame seeds.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend all the ingredients together, either by hand or in a food processor.
  2. Correct for seasoning.

Notes:
Variations: add minced anchovy or other fresh herbs, like tarragon and thinly sliced green onion, to taste.
