MISO TAHINI DRIZZLE

  • ¼ cup Greek Yogurt (or strained yogurt)
  • 1 Tbsp. Tahini*
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, fresh
  • 1 tsp. Miso (white, yellow or red)
  • ¼ tsp. Sea Salt, to taste
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced

 

I prefer the Soom brand of tahini, which uses Ethiopian Humera sesame seeds.

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together, either by hand or in a food processor.
  2. Correct for seasoning.
Notes: Variations – add minced anchovy or other fresh herbs, like tarragon and thinly sliced green onion, to taste.
