Menopausal Hormonal Therapy in 2016 – What You Can Do To Manage Your Own Personal Summer

Cutting through current medical literature and recommendations for women seeking to treat peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms with hormonal therapy with a special focus on natural hormones.

Objectives:

  • The learner will be able to examine the different options available for treating peri-menopause including natural hormone therapy.
  • The learner will be able to discuss recent treatments of hormone therapy in women with moderate to severe hot flashes that appear to improve the quality of life and appear to decrease mortality.

 


 

Dr. Robert Graebe is Board certified in OB/GYN with subspecialty fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).
Dr. Graebe graduated in 1977 from the Universida Autonoma de Guadalajara, in Mexico with an M.D. degree. He then completed his Residency training at Monmouth Medical Center in 1983 and his REI Fellowship training at Yale University School of Medicine in 1985. Dr. Graebe has had several publications and have had abstracts presented at national medical society meetings. He is also the recipient of several Teaching Awards which includes:

  • Nathan Kase Award for Teaching
  • Pelviscopy and Laser Surgery Teaching Award
  • Robert A. MacKenzie Award
  • SamuelS. Adler Award
  • Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics Excellence in Teaching Award

Dr. Robert Graebe performed the first Robotic Surgery procedure here at Monmouth Medical Center with three decades of experience in MIGS (Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery).
