Few things distress women more than unexpected bleeding. Although USUALLY a benign occurrence, thoughts of cervical or endometrial cancer can create great anxiety leading to loss of sleep/loss of productivity/unnecessary worry and fear. Let’s review the menstrual cycle from adolescence to menopause and the causes of Abnormal Bleeding. We will discuss the often, simple evaluation and remedies.
Objectives:

- The learner will be able to discuss the often simple evaluation and remedies.
Dr. Robert Massaro is a Board Certified Ob-Gyn. Born and raised in Jersey City. He trained at New York Medical College, Lincoln Hospital affiliate. Dr. Massaro is in charge of OB Simulation and teaches Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics and is a Clinical Professor for Monmouth University’s Physician Assistant Program as well as an Associate Clinical Professor at Drexel University College of Medicine. Dr. Massaro is the Clerkship Director in Ob/Gyn for the Drexel and the St. George’s University Medical Students.

Dr. Massaro can be found at Monmouth Medical Center most days teaching residents, and medical students Obstetric and Gynecologic Surgery.
