On Thursday, September 22, 2022, we held our first Beach Crawl in Long Branch. The plan was to spend a morning on the beach but with the weather forecast looking ominous, we had to shift the event indoors. The Wave Resort graciously donated their phenomenal rooftop event space and mother nature gave us enough sunshine to hold most classes out on the deck enjoying the fabulous view.

The WEforum BEACHCRAWL is hosted in partnership with Monmouth Medical Center/RWJ Barnabas Health and the Wave Resort.
With your $50 ticket donation get ready for an inspiring day of health and wellness sampling classes of your choice throughout the morning on the beach in Long Branch.
Registration starts at 8 AM. All attendees are welcome to try as many classes as they wish, and join WEforum for a post-crawl party, starting right after the last workout ends.
Drinks and light bites from some of your favorite local spots will be available, as well as lots of time for socializing in the sun!
Get ready for a fun, healthy morning for a good cause!
