That element? Yoga.
In 2014, Katy Fraggos and her husband took a complete leap of faith by moving from New York City to Sea Bright to open their fitness studio, Perspirology. This year marks their 10th anniversary and celebrates all that can be achieved with a little “sweat equity.” They will partner with WEforum for this year’s annual Fit Crawl, taking place on Saturday, February 1st. Mindfulness tools such as meditation, breathwork, progressive relaxation, and yoga can help students develop techniques to learn how to self-regulate.
