It’s back, Fit Crawl 2023 to benefit Monmouth Medical Center/RWJ Barnabas Health's free community programs. Participants will experience a fun, healthy afternoon for a good cause on February 4, starting at 1:00 p.m. with their choice of activity and place throughout Monmouth County.

That element? Yoga.
After many profound “ah-ha” life moments, Christian Valeriani conceived EvenFlow Yoga and has since taught over 30,000 hours and certified over 150 teachers, making EvenFlow a cornerstone of the Jersey Shore yoga community. For the 10th year straight, they will partner with WEforum for this year’s annual Fit Crawl on Saturday, February 1st.

In 2014, Katy Fraggos and her husband took a complete leap of faith by moving from New York City to Sea Bright to open their fitness studio, Perspirology.
