Easy Rose Summer Spritzer
Ingredients:
- 5 medium sized ice cubes
- Rose Wine
- Club Soda
- Fresh lemon slices
Instructions:
- Place ice in a glass and fill halfway with wine.
- Top with club soda and garnish with lemon slice.
Skinny Pina Colada
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- ½ cup diced pineapple
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz coconut water
- 8-10 medium sized ice cubes
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and pour in a glass. (Add more ice if you desire more creaminess.)
Watermelon Cosmo
- 1 ½ oz vodka
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz fresh watermelon juice
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker half-full with ice.
- Pour in cocktail mixture and shake for a full 30 seconds.
- Pour into chilled martini glasses and garnish each glass with a sprig of mint.
- Serve ice cold.
Grapefruit Paloma
- 6 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1.5 oz tequila
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Grapefruit flavored sparkling water (optional)
- Lime wedges for garnish
- Ice
Instructions:
- Add grapefruit juice, tequila, lime juice to cocktail shaker and stir to combine.
- Pour over an ice filled glass and tip with a splash of sparkling water.
- Garnish with lime wedge.
Blackberry Smash Mocktail
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp lime juice
- ¼ cup mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
- 10 ice cubes
- 1 cup sparkling water
Instructions:
- In a shaker glass, muddle the blackberries with the water, maple syrup, lime juice and mint until smashed.
- Remove the mint.
- Divide the ice evenly between glasses.
- Pour the blackberry mixture into the glasses and top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with mint.
Virgin Grapefruit Margarita
- 1 grapefruit (large, juiced)
- 2 limes (juiced)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 8 oz sparkling water (or more to taste)
- 1 tsp sea salt (for garnish)
- 10 ice cubes
Instructions:
- Combine the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and maple syrup in a bowl or large measuring cup.
- Place the salt on a plate and wet the rim of a glass with some water then dip the glass in the salt. Repeat with the remaining glasses and discard excess salt.
- Divide the ice cubes between glasses.
- Pour the grapefruit mixture over the ice and top with the soda water.
- Carefully stir and enjoy!
Virgin Raspberry Mojito
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- 1 lime (sliced into wedges)
- 4 ice cubes
- 3 cups sparkling water
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the raspberries, water and maple syrup. Cook until thick, about 5 minutes.
- Use an immersion blender or add the mixture to a blender to puree until smooth.
- Chill in fridge for at least 10 minutes.
- Divide mint and ½ the lime wedges into drinking glasses. Use a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon to mash them together.
- Divide raspberry puree, ice cubes and sparkling water between the glasses. Stir to combine and garnish with remaining lime wedges.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt if desired.
