The Fit Crawl event model is unique and one of just a handful of its kind nationwide; an innovative approach to unite like-minded health and wellness businesses with the community, while fundraising for a great cause. All proceeds from the event are used to further WEforum’s mission to strengthen the health and wellness of our local communities by educating individuals and empowering them to make informed decisions. The funds raised will help to develop and support community programs and services that are free and accessible to all. These services are developed by Monmouth Medical Center (MMC), an RWJ Barnabas Health affiliate, and other community organizations.
In 2024, the WEforum Fit Crawl honors local youth coaches and mentors for their dedication and commitment to enriching the lives of our youth on and off the field. This esteemed event hosted by WEforum will recognize top coaches and mentors in youth athletics who enhance and encourage high ideals, characteristics, and traits related to striving for personal excellence, transformation, sportsmanship, and a focus on an overall healthy lifestyle.
Get ready for an inspiring day of health and wellness sampling up to three classes at your choice of studios. We’ve added new classes this year and have also expanded our scope to include a broader focus on wellness. Classes are limited so sign up and get ready for a fun, healthy afternoon for a good cause! Post Crawl Happy Hour: 3:00 to 5:00pm at Triumph Brewery, 1 Bridge Avenue, Red Bank
Age Requirement: 14+ (studio-dependent)
