MISO TAHINI DRIZZLE
PREP: 10 MINS
YIELD: About ¼ cup
- ¼ cup Greek Yogurt (or strained yogurt)
- 1 Tbsp. Tahini*
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, fresh
- 1 tsp. Miso (white, yellow or red)
- ¼ tsp. Sea Salt, to taste
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
I prefer the Soom brand of tahini, which uses Ethiopian Humera sesame seeds.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Blend all the ingredients together, either by hand or in a food processor.
- Correct for seasoning.
