It is always important to our health to keep moving. During this most uncertain of times, WEforum is providing videos from local community fitness members that are promoting ways to keep active.
Below you will find videos to encourage movement for yourself and your children as we continue to move for life (DANCE / EXERCISE & STRETCHING / MEDITATION / YOGA).
DANCE.
Grades 4 – 8

MEDITATION.
- Kristin Gould: Guided meditation recording via Soundcloud. Meditation is an important path on the journey toward inner peace and happiness. Everyone can (and should) practice it. “it is easy to meet infinity with you – to attain that awareness, you just have to be silent and quiet,” said Swami Rama of the Himalayan. YOGA.
All ages / All levels
- Jennifer Borenius / SoulShine Studios No. 1: Positivity Warrior is a standing six asana (pose) series meant to strengthen you with resolve and resilience. You will be reminded of key mantras (ideas) including power, gratitude, openness, reverence,fierceness and your ability to soar in your own love and light. You will be reminded that you are a radiant, shining star who has a mission to spread positivity to all.
- Jennifer Borenius / SoulShine Studios No. 2: The Wave is a series of four spinal awakening poses including extended child, cat, cow (or dog tilt) and upward facing dog (or cobra). This series done with hands and knees on your mat mimics the movement of the ocean to energize the energy center of your spine to harness your potential for all other things.
Grades 5 – 8
