Orange Crushing It Smoothie

  • ½ Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or non-dairy milk)
  • Handful of Frozen Mango or Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Fresh Cantaloupe or Yellow Watermelon
  • ½ Ripe Peach
  • 1 Medium Carrot
  • 1 small knob of Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Macadamia Nuts
  • ¼ Lime Wedge
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric



  1. Place damp towel underneath cutting board.
  2. Peel carrot, rough dice and add to blender.
  3. Carefully peel Cantaloupe or Yellow Watermelon. Discard peel, dice up flesh of fruit. Place 1 cup in blender.
  4. Halve the Peach and roughly dice. Add to blender.
  5. Roughly dice Ginger. Place in blender.
  6. Add Frozen Mango, Macadamia Nuts, Ginger, Orange Juice, Nut Milk and Turmeric to blender.
  7. Blend, starting slow and finishing for roughly 10 seconds on high.

* You might need to use a “blender wand” to assist in the emulsification process at the start of your blending process.
