SPICED CAFE MOCHA
PREP: 10 minutes
YIELD: Approximately 2 cups
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Hot Coffee (or water)
- 1 cup Oat Milk Base
- 1 – 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 rounded tsp Instant Espresso Powder
- 1/8 tsp Black Peppercorns
- 1/8 tsp Chinese Five Spice
- 1/8 tsp Green Cardamom Seeds
- Small pinch Cayenne, ground (or to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Blend all the ingredients in a Vitamix or blender for 10-20 seconds.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
