WEforum Fit Crawl 2021 Schedule of Events

WEforum Fit Crawl 2021 Teaser Video

This year, the “Fit Crawl” deviated from our traditional event format. Instead of a one-day event with back-to-back classes, there was ONE FULL WEEK (8 days) of events, from April 17th to 24th. Hosted in partnership with Monmouth Medical Center/RWJ Barnabas Health, this year’s event offered expanded wellness options. The week’s calendar staggers a variety of fitness classes, health, nutrition, cooking sessions, and educational lectures. This expanded format had something for everyone!

The Virtual Fit Crawl was hosted in a private Facebook group. The sessions were live streamed or pre-recorded by local community providers. Access to the content was for 30 days following the crawl to allow attendees to make the most of our wellness week.

The Fit Crawl event model is unique and one of just a handful of its kind nationwide; an innovative approach to unite like-minded health and wellness businesses with the community, while fundraising for a great cause. All proceeds from the event are used to further WEforum’s mission to strengthen the health and wellness of our local communities by educating individuals and empowering them to make informed decisions. The funds raised will help to develop and support community programs and services that are free and accessible to all. These services are developed by Monmouth Medical Center (MMC), an RWJ Barnabas Health affiliate, and other community organizations.
